What this site is
The Accessibility Statement Generator is a free tool that produces a standards-based accessibility statement for your website. It follows the W3C accessibility statement structure, uses WCAG 2.2 AA wording, and includes the correct legal reference for your country — including the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), the German BFSG, the French DDADUE 3 framework, the Irish S.I. No. 636/2023, the Dutch Implementatiewet, the UK Equality Act 2010 and the US ADA.
Statements are generated in English, German, French and Spanish, and you can copy them as HTML or Markdown or download a standalone HTML page.

What it is not
This tool is not legal advice and it is not a certification. It does not audit your website and it cannot verify what you type in. The statement is only as accurate as the information you provide, so review it before publishing and update it when things change.
We do not use overlays, and we do not sell "compliance in a widget". Real accessibility comes from fixing the site, not from covering it up. The statement is the transparency layer on top of that work.
Privacy by design
The generator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is uploaded, stored or logged, and the site sets no tracking cookies. See theprivacy page for details.
