What runs in your browser

• The ramp calculator computes everything on your device. The rise, slope, project type and cost rate you enter are never sent anywhere.
• The statement generator form and the statement it produces also run on your device. The organization name, website, email, phone, limitations and every other value stay in your browser's memory and disappear when you close or reload the page.
• Saved drafts are kept in your own browser's local storage underaccessproof.drafts.v1 and accessproof.autosave.v1. They are never uploaded. Deleting a draft, or clearing site data in your browser, removes them.
• Copying uses your browser's clipboard and downloading writes a file to your device. Neither action sends data anywhere.

AI assistance in the statement generator

The statement generator has optional AI actions. They are the only feature on this site that transmits what you type, and they run only when you click one of them:

• Improve, Tone and Plain language on a single statement section.
• Improve statement and Translate on the whole statement.

What is sent: the current text of the section or statement you chose (up to 8,000 characters), the task name, and, where relevant, the tone or target language. Nothing else from the form is sent, and nothing is sent before you click.

Where it goes: to our own Cloudflare Worker ataccessproof-ai.pantha704.workers.dev, which forwards it to an AI provider and returns the rewritten text to your browser. The worker does not log or store your text; it keeps only a daily request counter and a short-lived in-memory rate limit. The providers are:

• Groq, Inc. (primary provider), see groq.com/privacy-policy.
• OpenRouter (fallback provider), see openrouter.ai/privacy.

Do not paste personal data. These actions send text to a third-party AI processor outside your organisation, so treat them like any other external AI service. Leave out names, email addresses, health information, case details or anything else you would not share with a processor. Use a placeholder such as [name] instead, and put real details into the statement yourself afterwards. The AI output is a draft: review it before publishing.

Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics

We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is served by our host. It is cookie-less: it sets no cookies, uses no cross-site identifiers and does not fingerprint you. It gives us aggregate numbers such as page views, referrers, country and device type, and nothing that identifies a person. You can see the request tostatic.cloudflareinsights.com in your browser's network panel.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising scripts, social media pixels or third-party fonts. There is no _ga cookie on this site. If we add advertising later, for example Google AdSense, we will update this page and add a consent gate first.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no cookie-based analytics. Our host may set a short-lived security cookie when it has to check that a request is not abusive. You can confirm both statements in your browser's developer tools: open the network panel, reload the page, and inspect the cookies and requests.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served as static files by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address, user agent and requested URL) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, as any web host does. We do not use that data to identify or profile visitors.

Ramp cost update emails (optional)

If you join the optional updates list offered by the ramp cost estimator and the ramp calculator, your email address is stored for us in Cloudflare KV (our host's key-value store), together with the page you signed up from and a short summary of the estimate you were looking at. It is used only to send occasional updates when ramp cost figures, funding rules or ADA/IRC details change, and it is never shared or sold. You can have it deleted at any time with the unsubscribe link in any update email, or by asking us at contact@wheelchairrampcalculator.com. The unsubscribe link removes the record immediately.
