Automated WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA scan
The site is crawled and every page in scope is tested with axe-core against WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level A and AA success criteria: the subset of issues automated testing can detect reliably.

You keep the client relationship. We scan and manually spot-check their site, then deliver a branded audit report with a prioritised fix list in 48 hours. No overlay, no tools to learn, no seats to buy.
Every report is an evaluation of the pages we tested, not a legal guarantee and not a determination of full conformance. More on what we check and what we do not check below.
One fixed-price deliverable per site: a white-labelled audit report you can forward to your client, backed by automated testing and a human pass over the key flows.
The site is crawled and every page in scope is tested with axe-core against WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level A and AA success criteria: the subset of issues automated testing can detect reliably.
A human pass over the home page, navigation, forms and a checkout or contact flow where present: keyboard access, focus order and visible focus, plus screen-reader basics such as headings, landmarks and labels.
Your agency name and colour on the cover, no AccessProof branding in the client-facing document. Delivered as a print-ready HTML report you can forward as-is or attach to an email.
Findings ranked by severity and mapped to WCAG criteria, each with the affected page, what a user experiences and a plain-language fix, plus a short roadmap for what to fix first.
From the moment we have the live URL and confirmed scope. Very large or complex sites may need longer; we tell you the realistic timeline before you order.
A monthly re-scan of the same scope with a delta report, what changed, what was fixed, what is new, and a refreshed accessibility statement. $99–199/month per site.
The honest version: automated testing catches only part of WCAG, and our manual spot-checks cover key templates and flows, not every page or every assistive-technology combination. The report is an evaluation of what we tested; it is not a legal guarantee and does not determine full conformance.

Tell us the site, roughly how many pages, and the agency name to put on the report. We confirm the scope and the fixed price by email.
Automated WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA scan across the pages in scope, plus manual keyboard, focus and screen-reader spot-checks on the key templates.
You receive the report under your brand: prioritised fix list, per-page findings and a one-page roadmap you can hand straight to the client.
Keep the site honest with a retainer: the same scope re-scanned every month, with a delta report and a refreshed accessibility statement.
Introductory pricing, fixed before work starts. Prices in USD. Every audit includes the automated scan, manual spot-checks, the white-label report and the prioritised fix list.

Every page in scope is scanned automatically with axe-core against WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level A and AA success criteria: the issues automation detects reliably, such as colour contrast, form labels, heading and landmark structure, link text, ARIA use and page language. On top of that we manually spot-check key page templates (home page, navigation, forms and a checkout or contact flow where present) for keyboard access, focus order and visible focus, plus screen-reader basics.
Automated testing only catches a share of WCAG issues, and our manual work is a spot-check of key templates, not an exhaustive audit of every page, flow or assistive-technology combination. We do not test every screen reader and browser pair, we do not assess native mobile apps, and we do not provide legal advice or a formal determination of conformance. The report is an evaluation of what we tested, not a legal guarantee.
The clock starts when we have the live URL and you have confirmed the scope. Most audits of up to 25 pages are delivered within 48 hours. For very large or complex sites we will tell you the realistic timeline before you order, not after.
The report is generated under your brand: your agency name and colour on the cover, with no AccessProof branding in the client-facing document. We do not contact your client, and you deliver the report as your own work. If you prefer, we can also deliver an unbranded or AccessProof-branded version.
If we missed a page that was inside the agreed scope, or the report contains an error, we re-scan and correct it free of charge. If the deliverable does not match what was agreed, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will redo the audit or refund the audit fee.
It depends on the service and the size of the business. The European Accessibility Act applies to listed consumer services, including e-commerce, provided in the EU, with enforcement live since June 2025; microenterprises are exempt. Germany’s BFSG transposes the EAA into national law. On standards: EN 301 549 currently maps to WCAG 2.1 AA, and the new version v4.1.1, which adopts WCAG 2.2, was published in September 2026 and is pending harmonisation. We audit against WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 AA, which covers today’s baseline and the direction of travel. This is general information, not legal advice.
